Very angry customer! I have never in my life been so humiliated and treated like total crap by anyone until I have had to deal with Chase Mortgage. These people need a lesson in respect, customer service and the how not to lie. We have been fighting to save our home for almost 3 years. They constantly lie if you do get to talk to someone, call you names ie: i have been called worthless, a rotten wife etc. We have had some financial difficulties when my husband lost his job. I contacted them right away, and have filled out several packets, sent them in then they say we need more or they dont contact us to let us know what it is they need. then the process has to start again. I have not been gotten one return phone call in the last 6 weeks and i have called a Hillary Riley several times and left several voicemails. How frustrating, I am just ready to give up and let them have the house, isnt there something that can be done about these people and this company!!!

JPMorganChase holds Town Hall meeting where all employees are regularly asked for ideas on how the firm can increase fees on their cardholders and other customer base.

What’s even more of a joke is that the firm exhaustively solicits the same employees to open accounts with Chase. It reminds me of the ‘ol adage: Don’t sh*t where you eat.

I also lost my husband in February 2010 I live in Houston we buried him in Waco, texas. when I returned home from funeral there were forclousure notices all over the porch and in the mail they continued to come in mail and be put on porch of course I was frantic as the home was a inheritance from my father.I was on the phone from morning to night trying to get help there was no cooperation I kept trying to sent money via mail check money order the money where you wire to them directly chase would not accept a dime. this caused more missed payments as well as worse results reported to credit reports. in despiratioon I went to what I (someone said there is large chase mortgage or something like that on Fuqua in Houston texas this was at least 90 miles from me. I went daily and waited for days finally in the early morning a lovely lady appeared saying she was a spelialist. I took her expensive gifts of perfume often she worked (she said) from april until October and allowed me to sign the papers I did not read them as she knew these papers raised my payment from $495.00 to $820.00 and gave me a balloon note of $38,000.00 on a $49,000.00 loan (I am sure this is small fish compared to what you hear, sorry)This means I will be paying $240,000.00 for the use of $20,000.00 and still owe $38,000.00 I believe (forgive me if I am wrong)this is wrong to take advantage of a grieve stricken widow, the complete process interfeared with my grieving process therefore I am still in shock over my husband falling dead in the entrance of St. Luke clinic. I drove to regular office visit with him returned without him sad. I have tried to reach the loan lady many times finally they stated she no longer works for Chase. HELP HELP

The Chase Bank Located in 8418 Bay Parkway in Brooklyn New York is Manipulating and Regulating the Guards duties and demands Security Officers not Greet Customers because according to the Branch Manager his employees will not Greet these customers after Security has Saudi Good Morning back..when I asked he said because their Stupid.
Additionally this manager monopolies its security by calling the contractors office and complaining that the Security Officer isn’t confirming with his “Regulations and he invents an excuse to have whom ever he wants removed.
Number one it is customary to greet people and I would be a scumbag if I where to not respond , Second The role of an Security Officer Licensed by D.OS. is to observe ,report & deter hw wants Guards to stand five Nine and Half hours in the same spot and not observing the ATM area because according to him it makes customers nervous .. first of all we are not a liaison of Chase and wouldn’t engage in monetary handling of any ones money or private accounts. This Dictator who thinks he can Regulate the Security Industry and his Assistant need to be removed and not be allowed to monopolize the Security Personal at any location. their names are as follows. Alex Zaturenskly and Tsz Yan Soo ..if they don’t like the way you tie your shoes your removed from their Kingdom …Incrediable .

This is interesting… this “fee”. The depositor puts his/her money into an account and the bank uses that amount to assess it’s assets that can be converted into loans… Ah but not just a loan of the amount deposited. Throug fractional reserve the amount can be 9 or 10 time that amount. It is legal fraud and sucks. So the purpose of having a checking account is to pay someone. The the person paid has to pay a fee to have the “prime-service” purpose of a checking account in the first place. You bank a$$holes can put forth all your reasons for the fee but in the end it is just a way to make more money for a action that is the fundamental reason a person has a checking account in the first place. Chase is especially arrogant. In truth the international banking ba$tards and the cabal of global government (corporatocracy) would like to have us all on debit cards. Then when they dislike what we do or say the ‘funds’ could be shut off or removed from our use. Think I am crazy? Ha! When it comes remember this crazy guy’s warning. You should read ” the Creature from Jekyll Island” by G Edward Griffin…. just for starters…if you give a hoot about what the real world is all about. Most of you don’t give a darn and this is why Banks and ultimately the brotherhood of scientific feudalism will make you all new age serfs on their global plantation. You know, few will tell it like it is because of fear of reprisal and detection… Gutless fools. This is how Tyranny wins the day.
