WaMu Sucks!

On Thursday Jan. 22nd I overdrew on my checking account. I knew I was gonna have an overdraft fee but didnt worry because I have "1 overdraft fee waived a year". On Friday I accessed the ATM in the morning and it showed that my direct deposit paycheck had gone through (Payday was on that day). The weekend came and I made small purchases no where near what I got paid. Well Monday comes and something told me to check my account since I know Wamu has deceptively done me wrong in the past. So I went online and saw that Thursday's overdraft fee was waived (remember I get 1 overdraft fee waived a year, as part of their free checking BS), however there was another overdraft fee for Friday. What Wamu did is that they made it seem like I withdrew money on Friday morning while the account was still in a negative balance, this is pure bullshit because remember when I went to the ATM in the morning it showed my Direct Deposit was there, and NOW online it shows that the Direct Deposit was the last transaction for Friday.

In order to have this straighten out I have to miss a couple of hours of work to go and argue personally with a bunch of clowns who will most likely tell me "Im sorry there is nothing I can do" but will start doing something about it at my serious threat of closing my account if this is not taken cared of immediately! What annoys me the most is that they have a phone number to talk to a 'phone banker' that is halfway around the world who doesnt give a rats ass what your situation is here in the United States and who in the end wll not resolve your problem and send you to the 'branch where you opened your account' Great Customer Service Wamu!
