Hi,

I used to work in banking (I left the industry 3 years ago because I couldn't handle working with all of the ridiculous customers who couldn't balance a checkbook and feel that they can take it out on anybody unfortunate enough to have to help them). Over a 10 year period I worked for 2 major banks (Wells Fargo and US Bank) plus a credit union before walking away for something far less stressful. I now bank at Wamu and am extremely pleased with the service and competence of the local branches that I visit. Plus, everything is free for everybody (unlike other banks who charge $10 for an official check). Wamu holds my mortgage, personal accounts, and I even have a credit card with them. Before you ask; Yes, I have had fraud on one of my accounts and yes, I was pleased with the results of my claim. I would go on a bit more, but I am pretty certain that you wont post this because that would mean that your site was NOT completely skewed.

from,

Somebody who is not bitter and angry because I do know how to balance my checkbook.
