WaMu Sucks!

I have been having an ongoing NIGHTMARE with WaMu now Chase. I tried to contact them about possibly doing something with my loan to lower my payments. This was over 10 months ago. They had me do some paperwork which I promptly sent back.....no response. I call them and try to make my regular payment; "No, we cannot accept your monthly payment because your acct. is under review for a possible in-house program. We will escalate your case up to a supervisor and you will get a call from them within 3 days."
Okay, fine I thought but it really bothered me not making the payment. AGAIN, no response. I keep calling only to be told to be patient and my mortgage is under review and, "no we can't take your monthly payment as your account is suspended and we would have no place to apply your payment"

Well, after 9 months of the same garbage with the same bi-monthly phone calls and me trying to make them take my house payment (I did get somebody to take my payment twice in this period only to be told later that it was being held in a non-interest bearing account and would not be applied to my mortgage) sometimes being screamed at by their customer service representative, I have gotten a letter demanding over $6400 in missed payments all at once or they will foreclose on my property.

Let me mention that this is a home I had previously lived in and is on family property so I cannot sell it and have no intention of letting it go as I would be heartbroken. Let me also mention that I have told WaMu/Chase on at least 6 different documented occasions that this is not our primary residence and that we have some very nice tenants living there. Well, this lovely company sends all my correspondence to the rental property address which was found blowing around a field in the mud by a neighbor and when it finally reached my hands it was an offer for the OBAMA PLAN which we already told them 6 times we weren't eligible for because it was not our primary residence. This lovely company sent me the same offer 3 times and then because I didn't respond with the signed paperwork (and I called them and told them their error MANY times) they said I wasn't eligible anymore for the in-house programs either because they had already offered me a program which I didn't take. WOW...I could have signed the paperwork but that would have been FRAUD I told them....and they agreed. Now I am being asked to send in an application AGAIN for an in-house program because my other applications have expired. GEE ....if they would have LOOKED at my application in the first place MAYBE they wouldn't keep offering me a plan for which they know I am ineligible ! What the HELL is wrong with this company??? The problem is on their end, not mine. And now they want to foreclose on my house because my past applications expired because they couldn't take the time to actually READ them? And now I'm supposed to suddenly come up with this large chunk of money to save my home when I have it documented EACH month that I tried to call and make the payments and they refused them? Yes, that is documented in THEIR system and the fact that they have 6 different letters from me telling them it is a rental property and to please stop sending me paperwork to sign for a government program for which I don't qualify.
What does and aneurysm feel like? Does anyone know what I should do next because obviously you can't talk to these people and you can never get a supervisor or any other higher up dept on the line so you're pretty much stuck talking to these new hires that don't have any authority to do anything.
God help us all.
