How to tell Chase what you really think

People express their frustration with Chase in different ways and today I was pleasantly surprised to find a protester out in front of my local Chase branch.  If we all responded to Chase’s shenanigans like her, perhaps they wouldn’t misbehave so much.

    Hurray for her!
I hope she is aware of this web site. I would like to hear about her Chase experience.

Good on her! I despise JPM Chase. I have a mortgage and a closed credit card account with them. Each and every time I’ve contacted customer NO-service for any reason, I’ve been treated with utter contempt to rudeness to downright hatefulness.

Further, don’t dare ask them to work with you on ANYTHING. They won’t, and they don’t even pretend to have sympathy for things like losing one’s job. I told one biotch customer service rep that I hope and pray that Chase fails, and that she loses her job so she could see how it is for so many of us.

And their website sucks too. They make it so difficult to pay, no doubt so they can extort more fees from us.

I have been treated very rudely by these bank employees here in Burbank, CA. I am tired of one particular guy who will sit out at his desk with older people who are hard of hearing and discuss their problems with their accounts so loud that we can all hear enough to know how vulnerable the older person is to exploitation. There should be a special place in hell for guys like these.
