Some branches have homeless people and bums do the same thing. Here in L.A., the security guards are instructed to drive them off ASAP…Chase is not as kind to the homeless as WaMu was. Example: Chase levies a $3 surcharge on the state EBT welfare cards. WaMu did not surcharge those cards at all.
In retaliation, the vagrants will sometimes leave a brown pile or “calling card” right outside the door. I heard that at one branch in Orange county, the bums actually smeared the excrement all over the front doors and glass.

I was talking to someone, and apparently the Chase EBT website is almost always down because they don’t care enough to fix it. Not only are they profiting off of a government scheme, but they’re not even doing what they’re supposed to.
