Unhappy Chase credit card customers

Apparently, a lot of people are not happy with Chase jacking up their credit card rates. (blog and see entry above)

I’ve been struggling since the economy crashed back in 2008 to meet by monthly obligations. I was on the payment program with only a few hundred left to pay and because I missed two payments $571.95 in fees and interest were added on. Now that’s going to take me another several months to pay down. Where’s the compassion for people struggling and trying to pay down their debts? I’m trying to be honorable. Claiming bankruptcy is not an option with me. And this is how I get treated. I’m really disappointed and upset!
